Outlook Send / Receive makes to window narrow

I use Outlook a lot and group all the outlook related tabs together. The following screen capture is the normal view of all my opens tabs:

When I click the send / receive icon at the top left to force a send / receive of outlook, the send/receive window pops up and it is combined with the rest of the outlook windows, as shown below:

Since the send/receive window is much narrower than the normal window of outlook, after the send/receive finishes, the outlook windows becomes very narrow also, as shown below:

I have to manually drag the windows width to original width.

Can you please help me on this?

Via rules, are you auto-grouping all OL windows?

If so, please try without it.

I also gather that if you checked this, it would no longer produce a dialog window, thus it would not reproduce the error, yes?

There still should be an indication that a send \ receive is happening in OL, just not a redundant window for it.

Thank you very much. I check off the box and everything is fine now. I do not want to use the first option since I find that grouping all the outlook items together is helping.
