Mouse jumps to right side

I just purchased and installed Multiplicity after trialing the KVM which worked great. The KM one though is giving me issues where it constantly jumps to the right most part of the screen. It doesn't move to my main PC and stays on the secondary PC though. I changed the setting so a key had to be held to move it over and still it jumps to the side randomly making it impossible to do anything on the 2nd device. Both are running windows 11.

Just to be clear, you understand that KVM connections are remote, Seamless connections are when you can see both PCs and each of their monitors.  This breaks down the difference:

https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#seamlesskvm

If you understand the difference between the connection types, please detail your Seamless setup.

  • How many PCs
  • How many monitors for each PC
  • Are any monitors set up vertically instead of horizontally?
  • Are any monitors touchscreen?
  • Are mice plugged into each Secondary PC?
  • If mice are present for them all, have you tried without them plugged in?

Yes i understand the difference. I was just testing the KVM one before and purchased the KM version.

It's just 1 PC (Asus ROG Ally to be exact)

The built in display which is touchscreen and it's attached to a dock with 1 monitor mirrored

The 2nd device does have a built in gaming pad but no mouse/KB

monitors are horizonal

If you eliminate this from the equation, no dock \ no external monitor, can you still reproduce the issue?

Just tested with the dock unplugged and the built in monitor and same issue. Clicking on anything  will work but it immedietely warps the mouse to the far right.

Clearly something else is at play here...  Can you video this (without the external mon still, please) and post a shared like to it?  Phone quality is fine...

We don't have that rather unique device to test with - making it very difficult to see what about it is causing the issue.  There is nothing inherent to the product that would cause that.  We suspect if you set it up in reverse, made that the Primary and the other the Secondary, you would not see the issue.
