1.7 Vault Artifacts issues

1. Propagandize Enemy Citiziens

If I try to use it, clicking on another civ's planet (core or colony) I get an error sound and no effect.

The artifact still remains available in the vault.

 

2. Ancient Food Replicator

I can use it, applying on a ship. The ship does correctly update his range in the statistics, but the "grey row" still remains in its position, preventing the ship to go further.

The artifact is consumed and no more available in the vault.

 

3. Distant Vision

Different images in the vault and in the popup window.

Many upgrades do not take effect till the next turn.

This is not the case.

If they had taken effect on the next turn I would have noticed.

Are you at war with the other civ?. If not then you will get the error sound.

Nowhere is written I need to be at war with that civ.

It only says "reduce the influence of a target foreign planet".

"Foreing" does not mean I need to be at war with.

If it's so, I think the text should be more explicit.

I know some previous artifacts were reported to only take effect when at war/a target must be an enemy, and thats being investigated. Ill add these to the same report just in case. Thank you
