I've never seen such a thing outside of the game, and I think it would be rather hard to make (if not impossible). From my understanding the cursors for cursorxp use a number of frames as animation. These run in order no matter what, until the cursor changes. I don't think it is possible to be able to get the cursor to change direction using just the cursor program. It would be possible to make an object for desktopx that follows the cursor around and changes direction depending on the direction the cursor is moving. However in my experience objects that strictly follow the cursor don't work so well.

Oh well, hopefully I'm wrong
