Fences3 hanging on start - Windows 10

Any ideas why Fences 3 may be appearing but not populating fences for over a minute on Windows 10 startup.
Used for years with no problem. 
No software changes.
No setting changes. 
I've uninstalled and reinstalled

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Full Windows 10 version number. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Fences 3 full version number.
  3. Fences is running, but those icons within are missing or something else? Please elaborate on your issue.
  4. Post some screenshots will usually help us to understand the issue better.
