Alt+G combination
Hi,
im new to Multplicity so sorry if this is an easy fix, however Alt+ G combination doesn’t work on any of my computers when the software is running? This would normally bring up an ingame window.
kind regards

Do you mean to say 'WinKey + G' as that is what is used to activate the the Xbox gamebar \ menu thingy.
I tested it on my Primary and Secondary and it seems to work fine...

No sorry, it’s the ALT key next to the space bar on an EU keyboard.
in game this is meant to bring up a window, however it doesn’t do anything. ALT and G work when used separately, but not when in combination which makes me wonder if Multiplicity uses ALT+G combo for something and it’s over riding the in game?
this is in a game called Everquest

I suspect this is in concert with other software you are using for EverQuest, yes?
If so, and if Alt + G works otherwise (not using other 3rd party software \ Everquest), there is not more than we can do above what we already have.

Before Multiplicity is loaded ALT + G works. Once loaded it doesn’t, I don’t use any other software
Did you mean to say
Before Multiplicity is loaded ALT + G works with Everquest. Once loaded it doesn’t work with Everquest'
Again, as detailed in the thread I linked, there is much we did to help with EQ issues when they changed how their game client functioned. There is nothing more we can do for it, however.
I would encourage all that may be having issues still to reach out to them for comment on it or participate in their public forums to see how others have worked around it.

Thank you, I’ll have a re-read of that thread.
I’ve spoken to others and they don’t seem to be having the same issue?
It may seem odd but open the software keyboard on your Secondary (the PC I suspect you are having issues with):

Does it work with it?
