Where is Group2 help that describes what each function does?

Groupy2's in-application description of what each option does and how to implement certain tasks is insufficient. Where does one go to get detailed explanations of how to accomplish tasks that seem much easier to do in Groupy1? The "Get Help" link in the About dialog is not helpful since the topics found there appear to be mostly self-help diagnostic, sales and change log pages. There are no how-tos or proper help pages.
For example, grouping rules that I created in Groupy1 seem to have been imported to the Grouping Rules section but they aren't modifiable; the only option is to delete them. The Custom Rules section is a bit of mystery since rules created this way appear to be for grouping only (opt in, if you will), not expressly prohibiting grouping. Are tabs within applications, such as Firefox, not covered by Groupy2 by default?
