Dont know if it is me or a problem or just the skin

Well I have the skin located here:

Well I love the skin, but when I maximize my windows any window, it leaves a centimeter of space on the top which is buggin me !!! Does anyone know how to fix this or do I have to live with this?

Most likely the author coded it that way in the skin,you can fix it in SkinStudio(or with notepad if you know what to change)

ok, well I have skinstudio, but do not have a clue on how to use it

. But can someone breefly explain how to make it so it maximizes all the way so there isnt like a centimeter space on the top. Thanks

Look for an attribute for each window border(4 of them) called 'screen edge clip' and set it to zero,then save.
