Uninstall Start11

Hello,

I need to uninstall my registered Start11. I inadvertently launched it from a temporary folder on my desktop. I can't delete the folder because Start11 is running from there. I de-registered it with no effect. I cannot see it in either Settings Apps, or Control Panel Programs. After cancelling out of the register field, it offered to uninstall, but couldn't find the uninstall file.

How can I shut it down so I can re-install a clean download?

You can hold the shift key while clicking restart to boot into safe mode and then delete the folder. after you reboot you should be able to reinstall
