How to put dock under opened windows

Hi!
I cant make wather wiget to display my location (Slatina Romania) weather and i cant make dock to stay under folder or windows that i just opened... pls help

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know which Stardock software you're referring to? And which Windows 7,8,10 or 11 version you on? Need full version number please.
