I was told I could access desktop x through my account page I found this is untrue and misleading in order to get you to buy  object desktop please  clue me in.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, how did you come to that conclusion? I don't see Desktop X listed as one of the listed product in Object Desktop page: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/

Before I signed up I was looking at the items that you had and I saw desktop X and I clicked on it and it said that it was no longer available for sale but once the person had an account and had was able to sign up that you could go into your account settings and download it so that was very misleading

What a 'registered user' means is anyone who purchased it when it was available.  Regrettably, neither account you posted under has a prior purchase of DestkopX.

Yes I'm fully aware of that I tried to purchase it but it keeps bringing me to the point where it says that it's not for sale anymore and then if we have a registered account that we can download it from our account page that's what I'm confused about

Again, you would have had to have purchased it when it was available many many years ago for it to be on an account.
