Purge and reinstall doesn't work

Hi,

The Groupy doesn't work normally, the error message said "The Groupy service does not seem to be running.
Please reinstall Stardock Groupy"

Already tried purge and reinstall as the message said, and even uninstalled Security Protection Software. However, the problem still exists.

Windows11 22H2 OS Build 22621.1928

Could you please guide how to fix the problem, thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to be sure, need to know what is the CPU on your system and did you install into its default directory?

Yes, Groupy installed to its default directory.

And, here is the information about CPU:
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G6 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
