New tabs Behavior!

Good day,

I have a couple of issues that i didn't face on Groupy 1.5 with Windows 11,

But now they are very annoying;

1. Once I press the + icon for a new tab it shows the same folder that I am currently in!

Before and I want it to show the Home Folder ( Quick Acces previously ).

2. When I press the X in the far right corner it closes the current tab only!

Before it closes all the combined tabs, especially when i turned on the X for each tab.

 

I looked through Groupy 2 options and tried changing some things,

But that didn't do anything, can anybody tell if there is anything i can change or is it by desgin?

I am guessing you are using integrated tabs with explorer hence the close button working as it does.  You would need to stop Groupy replacing the integrated OS tabs to use the old behaviour as the close button would be the OS one otherwise which closes the current window.

With regards to where new windows open, I don't believe this has changed.  Groupy does a Ctrl+N for this which will do exactly what Windows does without Groupy installed.  Win+E will however open you a new window in This PC or Quick access depending on your OS setting for that.

Thank you for your notices,

And from it I figured that I just have to Block Groupy from affecting Windows Explorer,

That worked fine for me, using Groupy in other applications.
