Copy and Paste

I am running Windows 10 V22H2 on one Primary and 2 Secondary computers. Copy and Paste is not working from Primary to Secondaries, but is working between Secondaries and from Secondaries to Primary. It is a Windows Firewall issue because with Firewall turned off everything works. I have installed the MPPortFix.zip on all computers and still have the problem, so I don't know what else to do.
