Erro ao pressionar tecla do windows

Estou com um problema e não sei como resolver.
Smartdock win11 quando eu pressiono a tecla do windows no teclado,
ao invés de abrir o smart11 esta abrindo o menu do windows.
Já revi toda configuração e não sei como reparar, já fiz a reinstalação e o erro persiste

smartdock win11 when i press windows key on keyboard,
instead of opening the smart11 it is opening the windows menu.
