Groupy is Not Shutting Down on System Restart or System Shutdown

Groupy V1.5.

OS: Windows 10 Pro with latest Windows 10 updates.

NOTE: Problem was happening before and after the latest Windows 10 Updates.

PROBLEM: Over the past couple weeks when I go to Restart/Reboot my OS or if I'm going to Shutdown completely - a message has been popping up that says something to the effect of: "Can't shutdown or Can't Restart because a Program (Groupy) is running in the background, do you want to Shutdown/Restart anyway?"

Anybody else having this problem? Is there a fix for this? ... it's rather annoying.

Never had this type situation happen with any of my "many" other programs.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
