Was using this style before I reinstalled windows

I was using this style before I formatted and reinstalled Windows. Now I'm not able to find it again no matter how deep I search. I've literally spent 2 days looking for it. I just have a screenshot as a souvenir.

I can't live with rounded borders. Help please!

Finally found it. It's a WM Shell Theme called "Man or Machine".
