Before renewing my licence key I liked to know what are the steps to take for moving all my fence from the old PC to the

new PC with windows 11

Yes, please change your username to something else. As for your question, you can use this guide to backup your Fences layout snapshot. It should work in your Windows 11 system as long as all the shortcut links point to the same location on your new Windows 11 system. And those shortcuts/icons also on your Windows 11 desktop.
