Stolen Wallpaper

I have been recently told that one of my Designs BloodGlass(red) below (also themed in blue OceanGlass and green AlienGlass)



was posted here by some one else without my consent or authorization!

I've have tried searching this website for the culprit so I could narrow down but can't find it just yet as there are so many. The person who told me, downloaded it here a while back and is getting back to me with more details, nickname and what my design was posted as.

I can prove this is my design and that I am the original designer of it in various ways.

[1] The design itself has a mistake in it.
[2] I know the exact amount of reflections and raytraced shadows there are in the design.
[3] I obviously have the original Max file and the original PhotoShop7 PSD that I used to color it.
[4] I can produce a wireframe version.
[5] Everything I post on the net I copywrite by using a simple technique called Framing. The image posted is cropped in slightly so anything outside the cropped area doesn't get seen, I can produce the intact original for the admin/staff of this website.

If anyone has seen MY design posted here could they please forward me the details or the admin of this website as I'd like it removed as soon as possible.
