Problem making purchase of Groupy 2

Hello Support:

While logged in to my Stardock account, I have attempted unsuccessfully to puchase Groupy 2.

Running Windows 10 Pro 22H2, Firefox 113.0.1 64-bit.

When I select PayPal as my payment method, I receive the message "Please checkout with a PayPal account from the United States." When I attempt to make purchase using PayPal I receive the message "We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."

When I select credit card payment, fill in the fields then attempt to make purchase I get a failure message that I didn't record.

I also used a Chrome browser and got the same results.

I have not attempted to buy other Stardock software so I don't know if this behavior is isolated to Groupy 2 purchases.

What suggestions do you have so that I can buy the software?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
