Cannot Activate Multiplicity on new Primary Computer

Upgraded PC, re-installed windows, multiplicity cannot de-activate primary on old Windows

Hi Stardock team,

I have recently upgraded my PC and reinstalled windows.

Multiplicity was activated as primary on the old Windows install.

I am trying to activate primary on the new Windows machine.

Multiplicity return the following error message.

I had then found this thread for the similar issue. (https://forums.stardock.com/513411/page/1/#3858069).

1. Clicking on the Continue button doesn't help to deactivate Multiplicity on my previous machine.
Multiplicity will just keep showing the same error screen after clicking on the Continue button.

2. Steam is running as per suggested in the previous thread.

How can I deactivate my Multiplicity on my old Windows?

Hi Basj,

Thank you for responding to my thread.

I have tried to follow this guide, however Stardock didn't have any records of my steam purchased Multiplicity.

I have login to my Stardock account via Steam login too.

Any idea why is this so?
