Start11 Right Click Not Working

Hello, I've been using Start8 and start10 for years and literally never had an issue. The Start11 for my new laptop on Windows 11 is very glitchy. When I right click on an application in the menu, the menu is completely blank and then it glitches and Start11 disappears and then re-boots/re-appears a few seconds later having closed everything. Other times, I click on the Start 11 button and the main menu that pops up is also completely blank (but that is not happening at the moment after the re-install).

I have uninstalled, re-downloaded and re-installed but exactly the same issue. Start11 version is 1.43. Windows 11 Home version is 22H2 - OS Build 22621.1555.

Please help. I have loved Start products for years and do not want to have to change to a different software!

Dragon has worked flawlessy with Start8 and Start10 with no issues for years, so it is obviously just an issue with Start11. Is there a patch/fix/solution please?

Can you please recommend an alternative provider from Start11 if you cannot resolve this. Pretty gutted tbh

Have you contacted Dragon about this?  If there is an option to exclude explorer.exe from Dragon that would probably solve the problem.

Unfortunately there is no free trial of dragon for us to even attempt to reproduce the problem ourselves to see if we can create a workaround.  The crash dump file we had from another customer pointed to Dragon doing something at the time of the crash.

I'll try. What I don't understand is why Start8 & 10 worked flawlessly with Dragon? How can that be?
