I cannot retrieve my Groupy product key

Dear,
I am a Groupy user, but the app stopped functioning.
As you can see from my payment below, I bought Groupy a bit over a year ago.
I cannot find back the product key in any email.
I tried the product key retrieval via https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval, but nothing happens when I submit my email address.
Can you please kindly resend me the Product Key?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the ask question option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
