People that have it, is it another program where you have to load it instead of icon packager? Plus is there a way where I can only purchase one of the suites, because I don't like all of them.

No, it's not a program, it's 6 sets of icons for IconPackager. There is only one suite, which consists of all 6 sets. They are awesome!
