Multiplicity

no KVM tab in configure window

Hello,

cannot configure KVM, because there is no tab in the configure window of Multiplicty.

Seamless mode works, but I have only 1 screen, this doesn't help.

Hotkeys also don't work, I configure Ctrl cursor left for the one computer and Ctrl cursor right for the other, but it doesn't switch.

Best regards, Albert

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. May I know you on which version of Multiplicity?

Thanks

Hello,

I just bought the Object Desktop. According to your trailer I can connect to 9 PCs, if I look at your table its the option KVM.

Multiplicity that come along with ObjectDesktop is Multipliciy KM. You can review that software include in ObjectDesktop here: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/. Refer to screenshot below.

May I know, which Software trailer you're referring to?

Thank you,

Hello,

yes your printscreen is correct, if you klick here on the trailer of Multiplicity they show you how to use 9 PC's with Multiplicity. This is where I decided not to buy fences, but Object Desktop.

Best regards,

Albert

My guess is that trailer is for full Multiplicity. If you click on the "Show Features" it will list down what actually offered on this pack.

I meanwhile guess also, that the trailer is for the full product, and not that was sold to me. Unfortunately the trailer was not somewhere else on your homepage but below the software what I sold. I watched the whole trailer and nowhere the trailer told me that there are different versions of Multiplicity.

But I think you can imagine, why I feel quite fooled by your company!

I can now decide to buy the Multiplictiy KVM or KVM pro. But then we may meet again in some days because I miss another feature and then get the information I should have bought a "Super Pro" version.

Please forward this to your managment, they should sell this what they are advertising!

And I check whether I can download a test version of Multiplicity to check whether that works what is described in your trailer.

Best regards, Albert
