Cannot move or delete Fence

I have a large number of fences on my desktop which I use for education.

Currently, I cannot delete a Fence (empty or not) and cannot move a Fence.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if you have not locked your Fences. If you did, please unlock it and try again. If you use latest Windows 11, need to right click on desktop area->Show more options-> Than you will see something like the screenshot below.
