I can't activate fences 4

I bought fences 4 in steam, then I entered the site through steam, and the site does not know that I bought it. What to do?

If you bought it on Steam and it is not showing up in your Steam library, you should reach out to steam support

My problem is not with the fact that I don't see it in the steam, but that on the website when I log in via steam, and try to get the key by mail, he doesn't give it to me.

Logging into Stardock with your Steam credentials?

That is not what that is used for, there is no connection between your Stardock account and your Steam products. It it just another way to login to Stardock without manually creating account, just like how other site have "login with Google" or "login with Facebook options"

Hello,

If you purchase Fences 4, you only can activate it via Steam. There is no activation code for Fences that purchased via Steam.
