No subscriptions in 'My Subscriptions'

Hello 

I have several subscriptions for Start11. But in your list 'My Subscriptions' for my Stardock account, there are no subscriptions registered. 

Could you please tell me what subscriptions I have for Start11 + where I can see them in my Stardock account? 

Additionally, I have sent you an E-Mail about 1 week ago as my reaction to you new package (beta version) 'WindowBlinds 11'
-  Based on your PR E-Mail, I did not really understand what I get if I subscribe. So ... 
-  Could you please explain before your offer expires. I'm presently installing 'WIN 11 Pro 22h2' on 2 new PCs, and I'm not satisfied of the MS solution for the Start app.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, there is no Subscription on individual product. Yearly subscription only applied to ObjectDesktop which include a pack of Stardock softwares. https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/

As for if you purchase a license of Start11, you should be able to get to the key and the product for download by using this guide:  https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys.

And any quarries on Stardock software, should be post in the forum.
