Not Seeing Purchase

Just made a purchase last night and I don't see the download links

I bought a software bundle from stardock last night and I still don't see the download links

Log in with the e-mail used for your purchase, if you're not already. (Important). Then click on your user icon in the upper right of this page and select "My Downloads" or click "here".

Just fyi, your support portal link gives a 404 error. You may want to check that.

Looks like you sent an email and did not submit a ticket. Your issue would have been addressed by now if you used the information provided to contact support.

If you respond to the automated email you received back, it will turn it into a ticket and I can take care of the issue for you
