Log in with the e-mail used for your purchase, if you're not already. (Important). Then click on your user icon in the upper right of this page and select "My Downloads" or click "here".

Do not submit another post on this topic.
Be patient and await an answer.

Just fyi, your support portal link gives a 404 error. You may want to check that.
I attempted to reach out to support, however, haven't heard a response. What's the typical lead time?
Looks like you sent an email and did not submit a ticket. Your issue would have been addressed by now if you used the information provided to contact support.
If you respond to the automated email you received back, it will turn it into a ticket and I can take care of the issue for you
