Can the explorer tabs on Windows 11 be made to look better/skinned?

WB11 Beta 3 added new Tabbed Window frames to kinda blend the tabs in. Thats the best we got. They cannot be skinned due to the nature of how they work. The new tabs/command bar are written in xmal. The new language that most of the os interface is getting changed to. Bunch of that stuff cannot be really skinned anymore via themes.

If we were able to take that very skin (Lunar) on the explorer tab / command bar section and stamp it into other older skins at that section (also giving it a recoloring option), then we could probably fix 50 - 70 percent of the older skins.
