1. Windows 10 full version number please. Use Winver.exe.
2. Is the issue happened to all theme or only specific theme? If only specifit theme, please list down the theme name.
3. Please post screenshots showing your issue.
4. No, license for Windowblinds 11 is not transferable for Windowblinds 10

I can’t,you’re form don’t allow it 

Look at the ribbon at the top of the response box. at the right end of the bottom row there's a rectangle that looks like a picture. Use it to post your screen shots. After clicking on the Upload, another box opens and then click the "Browse" rectangle and navigate to where your screen shot is.

That doesn’t show up in iPad version.

Copy- paste is another option.

I tried that before it didn’t work,which is why I gave you my url from Google drive 

I can not get to it. "Access denied". Is it set to public?

I watched the video, and I saw its on Windows 11 and using Windowblinds 10 on it. Which is not compatible. Also the Taskbar and Start Menu is not skinned, most probably because there is no Start11 installed. So on your system, do you have Start11 installed?

I have the current version of Start11 and the video displays my problem exactly

Wasn’t the link working 

Okay, tested on my system, and it look okay on my Windows 10 system.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

I followed the advice for Firefox. Firefox still doesn’t skin
