Some window types just won't group / tab

Hi,
I am using FileMaker pro on windows 10, there is a type of window (Script workspace) that simply doesn't tab.
I assume there is no workaround or manual tweak to force a window to tab.
It's not a modal window so I don't understand it.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I don't use "File Maker Pro" but from my short search on it, I noticed this application has Customize skins for it. And from what I understand, usually these application has skin engine that are using non-standard titlebar which can cause compatibility issue with Groupy.

You cannot group a window if it has a visible owner window.  Would it perhaps be owned by the other filemaker windows?  One way to see is can the window appear under the other windows?

thanks, yes actually it does appear to be a fully independent window, it's an MDI app.
it is in the taskbar on its own can move around away and outside of the other windows.

Though it cannot remain opened by itself, so if you close the APP window then the script workspace window goes with it.
