So I've played this game long ago on steam (~3 years I'd say? been a long time) and playing local multiplayer was my favorite with my friends. The game worked well and there was no issues. Currently, I downloaded the game again (new computer, specs are up to date) and multiplayer works when connecting with my friends. The current problem I have is when I set people into teams, the game seems to break halfway through the playthrough. What'll happen is people's time and days are set to different times (ex. Me (host) at Sol 7 18:30, friend at Sol 5 2:50). In addition to this, I've had the problem of when this issue happens, nothing is shared anymore except power. Changing what you're sharing and not sharing will not matter. If I were to buy someone out, my friend can do the exact same thing, leading to us both having separate games. I've also noticed even after buying someone out, they (friend) can still play on their computer as if I've never done it. If they were to upgrade their colony, for instance, the colony will still upgrade and play the same on my game (just with them out of the game). I've tried it on just the same internet, and separate internet, yet this issue happens with teams. All of my friends purchased this on steam and play through there, no mods added.
This bug also leads to games where the winner (when comparing who won in 1 game) can be a bot, one of my friends, or even me for the exact same game (regardless if we're in the same team).
Is this something easily fixed on my end, or is it something the developers need to fix on their end when updating the game?
