I saved 3 groups, and none of them appears in the saved groups' box

Thanks.

Edit: if I click on "view my saved groups" nothing shows up

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. May I know how you save those groupy groups?

Thanks

dots then save group
End of SOCK12's quote

Those saved groups will not be listed there. That listing is for Application grouping. If you click ->3 dots menu -> "Automatically group all "xxxxxxx.xxx" windows together" than "xxxxxxx.xxx" will appear there. Something like screenshot below.

To view all your saved groups. Click on that "View my saved groups" button. If nothing show up than something is wrong,

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Thank you,

OK, I tried to run the .bat file but nothing happened and it didn't force me to restart I restarted it manually anyway.

and when clicking on the "view my saved groups - nothing opens up and  on  another PC it does open the saved group folder but

nothing is there, just an empty folder

Did you installed Groupy not inside its default directory? Also please check if your security/anti-virus software did not blocked the batch file from running.

Thank you,

Has Groupy ever worked for you and this is a new problem... or... no, this is the 1st time you are trying it and it does not work?

When you name the saved group, you are using English characters - not another language - yes?

I run it as administrator and I get an error :

When you go to 'Services', is Stardock Groupy' there, 'Running', and 'Automatic'?

As a test, create a new Windows Admin account and try under it:

Hi,

I just created a new admin account but I'm not sure what to test. What do you suggest to test in the new admin account?

I've tested it to  launch  the saved group and it opens just new Chrome windows as  a new window and they're not grouped together (but  it does launch the same number of windows as before closing the browser

is it even possible with Groupy to save  Chrome Windows as a group/s

I have a bunch of opened Chrome windows and I want them to be together every time I Iaunch chrome

Ok, then saved groups are working under the new Admin account.  As for Chrome not opening groups, please see:
