Game is super buggy after updating to macos 12.5.1

So I updated to macos 12.5.1 and OTC started to have issues.
1. I can't close or restart the game unless I go back to home and close the game.

(edit: when i win the win screen shows up but I cannot exit. when I do it just goes back into the game as if I didn't click exit mission)

2. Game progress does not save anymore (the round I played doesn't seem to be recorded. what ends up happening is that I will have to close the game then reopen the game and see that all my progress from winning the round didn't end up happening

3. I cant play infinite map it is greyed out and it asks me to log into tachyon

I CAN CONFIRM THAT IT IS AN OS THING because on my macbook air 2020 I did not update to 12.5.1 and the game works perfectly.

I just bought this game and am having the same issues on my Mac. I enjoyed going through all of the scripted tutorials and could live with just doing a force quit after, but now I am trying to do a campaign and can not progress past the first week.

Are you on the same Mac OS version as the OP?

What it reads like (and I am no Mac expert for certain) is the game can't save its settings. On a PC, that is located at:

\Documents\My Games\Offworld

That likely helps no one but if you know where your game data is saved (Ill see if I can find out myself later), it would be prudent to rename the folder it is in, rerun the game, and see if it's recreated \ if the game runs then.

I am running Mac OS 12.5.1 I was not able to find where the the files might be saved. The only thing I could find was the application. I even searched through the hidden files with no luck. I am sure I am just missing it but have no idea what direction to look in.
