xbox game pass version not seen as owning game to play scrimish mission or anything else, this just started today.

I just installed from Gamepass and was able to start a skirmish game without any issue, was it giving an error or anything for you?

So the issue was I went into off world trading company and was inside the menus trying to start a game, but it would not allow me to play a game and stated "you must own a copy off this game to play"
I think 2 things are involved first everytime I play the game it asks to install a package loader and second I play on 2 different computers so it is loading cloud saves which do not apply right away and you have to restart the computer actually apply after it says the saves download. It actually states "must Purchase this game to play" but I am already inside the game menus so how would I be able to get there without rights to the game?
