Will not install from object desktop

from Stardock Forums

HI,

 

Purchased this and I cannot install some of the features - DeskScapes being one of them that I want working.  Can anyone advise please?

What is the full numbered version of Windows ?

Do you get an error message for Deskscapes ?

Show a screenshot of what you seeing .

What other apps won't load ?

Thank you for responding.  Version of OD is 4.03

Windows version 11 Pro 21H2

Error message from Object desktop

Error code 123 on CursorFX

Error code 123 on Iconpackager

after clicking install on DeskScapes 11 (Error Occurred - no code etc)

on the contrary I reported that none of the aforementioned had installed all coming up with some sort of error as outlined

I would try downloading them from your Stardock account (https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products) and not from ODM.
