Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

In DS11 Settings - you'll see a drop down with 3 options to pick from

try each 3 - once selected close the program then re open it again , test .

( see below ) images.

What version of Windows ?

I use the KLite Mega pk with default settings.

Thats an old deskscapes version any reason not to upgrade. ?

Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, 21H2

I also use the KLite Mega pk with default settings.

Haven't upgraded because the new features aren't/shouldn't be required for basic videos.I would understand if  .MKV's or a newer type of extensions are used. Correct? Which is why I would think this is a codec issue.

What video format is causing the issue ?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Because DS8 is long been replaced by newer versions , I can not repo  your issue .

But I can tell you I just downloaded that dream and it's running fine on my

System using DS11 .. with the settings shown in my first reply .

That older Mpeg2 format is outdated and even with the KLite pk can still cause issues.

Windows 8 and above use a newer format system .

I advise to upgrade DeskScapes ...

I guess I need to convert the file to something more compatible then use DreamMaker to make it work.

I was hoping it was a setting or a simple codec fix but redoing the dream isn't a hassle.

Thanks for your assistance all the same.

For that version only use AVI format.
