Multiplicity locking machines when attempting to wake from sleep
Windows 10 Pro primary, Windows 11 secondary
I've been using Multiplicity successfully for about 6 months now.
I am running a Windows 10 Pro machine as the primary, and a Windows 11 machine as the secondary.
I believe this started around the time of the June 2022 Windows 11 update.
When attempting to wake the primary machine from sleep, which then typically wakes the secondary, the keyboard and mouse is inoperable and I'm not able to login to the primary. The primary machine will wake on mouse movement, but then it freezes on the Windows login screen. I see the Multiplicity window continuously looping as it is trying to connect to the secondary. The only way to break from this loop is to do a hard power down of the Windows 11 secondary machine. As soon as I do that, the cursor appears on the primary machine and the keyboard and mouse function normally.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions for resolution?
Thanks.
