Does Start11 support taskbar overflow (and if not, that's a needed enhancement)

Windows 11 has not implemented taskbar overflow:  Application icons pinned to the taskbar (the taskbar itself, and not the tray) become invisible and inaccessible when they get "pushed" off the right end of the taskbar.  This happens to me when I rotate my device, a Lenovo 2-in-1 that I use in "portrait" mode (thus losing taskbar length) as a sheet music display.

Windows 10 in such instances would have an "overflow" indicator to get to the "invisible" icons.

Microsoft has not implemented this function in Windows 11 - and, so far as I can see, neither does Start11.

Questions:  Does Start11 indeed provide such a function?  And if not, can you add it to your enhancement list?

Thanks, Rob

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe Start11 have that function since, the taskbar will have up and down scrollbars if your taskbar is full.

Thanks

Hi, Basj.  I'm sorry, but I don't think that's right:  (1) Microsoft has not implemented (or has broken) in Windows 11 the function to scroll taskbar icons when the taskbar is full.  There's much discussion of this failure in other forums.  (2) If Start11 has implemented the function (and it's certainly something I recommend you implement), I do not see it nor how to use it.  I DO see a small black vertical bar at the right-hand end of the taskbar (just before the tray overflow selector), but I don't see any way to move it up/down to view the row of "invisible" task bar icons.

SO:  If the function is there in Start11, please tell me how to use it (or point me to documentation on how to use it).  And if not, please give it some development priority.

Thanks, Rob L

Later update:  I see now in another thread discussion that the Start11 "slider bar" is not working, and that the problem will be resolved in a Start11 update at some point.

You click above or below it to scroll it.  This is no different in concept to the scrolling on Win7/8/10 where you get a scrollbar.

I am on 1.24.  I've tried it again today, and I see it IS working - but very difficult to trigger by finger via my touchscreen (a Lenovo Flex5).  Perhaps it will work better with my stylus.  The up/down activation points are very difficult to find with my finger.
