I bought CursorFX at 2018,version 2.16.

Can I use the key on new version?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you mean CursorFX V4.03, no, you can't use Key for V2.xx for V4.xx. You will need to buy a new keys for CursorFX V.4.xx.
