Yea, i did also, i had two very nice ones, and ownsor actualy showed me his, and they were awsome. is their someone new checking them out, becuase i put one on that was horrible!! i mean it was really bad and it got accepted, and i put new ones, that are absolutely 5000 times better then it, and they both didnt make it on.. hrmm ne1 know why? i would love to hear it! thx alot

j0nsey....since you posted the links publicly....you can have a public response.

The one that was accepted most likely made it out of 'kindness' as you are right, none of them is particularly thrilling.  With a bit more work they'd almost be 'blue swirlies', as it is they are just 'blue'.

The reality is that none is 'better' than the others.

There is only just so many blue, Bryce-like accidents that a site can host....

Yep, you got it Ownsor, WinCustomize.com has a personal vendetta against you and your wallpapers and they absolutely refuse to post your 'awesome' work. I'm sure they will not stop at any lengths until you are plunged from the graphic design world.

IMO your walls aren't 'that' special, like jafo stated pretty good they look like bryce (accidents) for example the wall with 2 'donuts' on them, evryone can do that.
What you said: I have seen worse stuff... yeah, you are probably right on that one, only that is your personal taste, also there is a big chance that those walls were done in photoshop. Photoshop requires 'some' skills, thats why they made it, bryce on the other hand dasn't.

Ownsor...re #12....not the blue one, or the myriad of grey ones....the faun one.....of course it's neither accepted nor rejected...you have yet to upload it....which means you are giving a false impression of the extent of your works' rejection....hardly fair or appropriate....

They need more color IMHO...

Basically it comes down to what wincustomize thinks is appropriate for complementing the skins that are made. You could have created a brilliant digital painting, but, if for instance icons are hard to be seen on it, what is the purpose of storing it in the WC library where the sole meaning is to complement skins. There are other sites that do accept your work. I had to learn this the hard way. And I have to say I can live with that. Now for works in bryce, the problem is that most of those do look the same. It has been done before, different textures a little different composition etc. There are some links on other pages on WC to show what people are able to do with bryce. Try to put it a bit into perspective, there are so many of those works and only a few get in. Be happy if you upload some, and 1 is not rejected. Keep on creating and try to improve your skills. Be critical and if you want advice there is always the skinning discussion board. There are people that upload their latest creation to their profile and ask for constructive criticism. Be positive and you get positive feedback.
