Hotkeys for KVM mode not functioning

Hello,

I recently installed the Trial mode of Multiplicity and setup KVM mode. I can connect to my other PC and everything works fine. However when I create a hotkey so it can switch  back to the Primary and Secondary PC these hotkeys do not function.

Tried multiple combinations of hotkeys and none of them seem to work to switch back and forth between computers.

To add to this. If I delete the hotkey I made and then press that hotkey. My mouse cursor disappears and I lose keyboard functionality almost like its switching mouse and keyboard to the other PC but not switching the display.

If you are using KVM mode then your mouse is already on the primary display.

Jumping back to the primary is used when you use seamless where the mouse will appear on a different computers display.

It sounds like you want the hotkey to minimise the KVM window and restore it but this is not a feature we provide right now.

I want to be able to switch between all my PCs just like a KVM would do if I pressed a button or hot key. How is that not a feature? Basically you are telling me KVM mode just works like remote desktop software functions and the hot keys don’t apply to kvm mode? I have to manually switch between different PCs?

I think I have a similar issue.

I have my secondary computers on my sidebar. But when I select a secondary computer, my sidebar disappears and I can't get back to my primary. HOW do I get back to my primary?

Ensure you connect to the secondary PC via the KVM tab.  I've noticed when I do that versus just clicking on the secondary in the side bar, it allows me to actually select items/buttons in the secondary with my mouse.  When I just open the window with that sidebar, it seems I cannot click on buttons with my mouse.  It seems to be just showing the screen.  I have noticed that my mouse location seems to change from time to time when I hot key.  When things are not working correctly, I restart the processes via the options in the Multiplicity tray icon.  Sometimes I completely unload them via the options in that tray icon and simply restart the Multiplicity software.  Those actions seem to clear up any initial issues when I first connect to the secondaries for the day.
