Start 11 - Start and right click menus stop appearing on top of other windows

As the tittle says the start and right click menus, randomly stop appearing ontop of other programs, so if I have a program like chrome open to full screen, the menus are not visible at all and can only be seen if I minimize all other apps and display nothing but the desktop, then I can see them appear and function normally.

The issue is resolved by restarting my system but then keeps happening every few days and has been going on ever since Start11 version 1.0 but I'm now on the latest Beta 1.18 and still having this issue every few days. (see screenshot link for an example)

I'm running a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF in a ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI with the latest firmware and Windows 11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.556).

When this happens if you drag those windows over the taskbar do they appear over it or under it?

Tested now that it happened again and the windows are going over the top of the taskbar rather than going behind it as they should normally.

Do you think that means it's a windows/taskbar issue rather than a Start11 issue? With how unreliable windows 11 has been for me I wouldn't be surprised one bit.

It certainly sounds like the window in question has gained always on top status.

Just tested this theory since the issue occurred again, I restarted windows explorer service and it didn't resolve the issue, any other ideas?

Which Window was on top?

If it is chrome you would have to restart chrome not explorer.

When it happens it's not one window it's all windows, so it's not like any one window is gaining "on the top status" it's like all windows are losing ontop status to the taskbar or the taskbar itself is gaining it.
