Latest news on Xeon processors?

I recently acquired a Lenovo Thinkstation from a relative who used to have an advertising/marketing business.

The processor is an Intel Xeon E5 with 8 Hyper-Thread cores.

Does GalCiv3 v4.2 see those cores?
