Suggestion for hidding animation in Fences 4

Hi, dev tem!

Thank you for such a useful app!

I would kindly ask for adding an option for controlling the delay for hiding the fence, as in many cases when pointing the cursor from the fence area by error, makes the app close the fence erroneously. A small delay between leaving the fenced area and the hiding process would allow us to prevent that issue.
