Hello,

Best not to post your email in a public forum ...

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

What version of Windows ? ( full numbered version )

What version of DeskScapes ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Was this same pc running Deskscape 10 or 11 before the update?

Thanks

Can you try download the installer from your product page and install using that one? https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Try that and report back.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Are you getting your DeskScapes from your your Object Desktop

if so OD is a yearly subscription service and yours might be expired.

So you might have to renew it again for all to work .

It can be renewed at a discount here : https://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/download

Once you have active Object Desktop subscription again. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account [Link]. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Thank you,

Could this be happening because it's maybe an ARM based computer? Reminds me of another thread I'm not able to find.
