can i get a recommendation of a wallpaper changer that is compatitble with destopx et al.? mucho thanks

Try Winwall [www.desktopchanger.com], I use it with all OD stuff/XP no probs.
Just makes you change stuff more often!!

I've been using Wallpaper Changer (www.wallpaperchanger.de)for many years, and it changes wallpaper while in DesktopX, with no difficulty. I'm running version 1.90, it has all the typical features, but the thing I like the most about it is that unlike so many freebies these days, you don't have to register anything- no nag screen-no one wants your e-mail address. Truly free..

I use Panorama 32 exclusively. It works rather well with DesktopX, and it is free. Don't know the URL, though so just Google Panorama 32. Simple wallpaper changer, auto change at start, every set amount of time...and so on. If you don't like it, look at WallMaster (again, don't know URL). It isn't free, but it has more features. Panorama is better though...
