1) So I just came back to the game since first release, and so much has changed. In regards to synthetic population growth, I know you increase pop with the manufacture pop order, but is that the only option? No actual buildings?
2) Finally, does placing a +1 "all construction building" on a +1 ship construction tile do anything at all, even just for ship construction?
