Why does video background only show like this on my pc:
Yes.
I have a 4k monitor.
i tried both 100% and 150% with no difference.
I have several backgrounds, both 4k and and with less, still the same result.
My drivers are all updated
The video plays, but only in that double like version in the top of the screen
Solved my problem.
Found out it was set to use Directshow EVR, and changed it to Directshow WMR-9 for videosupport
Glad to hear , Solved .
That would of been my next recommendation to see if one of those two other
options works for you .
